Die USS Cyclops der Proteus-Klasse war ein 1910 in Dienst gestelltes Kohleschiff der United States Navy, das am 4. März 1918 nach dem Auslaufen aus Barbados in dem Gebiet des Bermudadreiecks (Karibik) verschwand. Von dem Schiff und den 306 Menschen an Bord fehlt jede Spur; ein Wrack wurde nie gefunden.

In der Geschichte der United States Navy war dieser Seeunfall der bislang größte Verlust von Seeleuten außerhalb von Kampfhandlungen auf See.
