Ultra Low Cost PC (ULCPC, deutsch: Personal Computer mit extrem niedrigem Preis) ist die Bezeichnung für einen günstigen Personal Computer wie beispielsweise ein Netbook oder Nettop.

Am häufigsten wird der Begriff von Microsoft für eine Klasse von Computern verwendet, für die Microsoft spezielle Lizenzierungsmodelle seiner Betriebssysteme anbietet. So wurde die Verfügbarkeit von Windows XP für ULCPCs verlängert.[1]

Microsofts Definition von ULCPC wird, zumindest näherungsweise, häufig auch für die Begriffsdefinition von Netbook herangezogen.[2]
