Die UAB Maxima LT (früher UAB VP Market, Vilniaus Prekyba) ist das größte litauische Einzelhandelsunternehmen.

Der Vorläufer von Maxima LT wurde 1993 von drei Medizinstudenten mit der Unterstützung weiterer Familienmitglieder gegründet und wird bis heute von diesen Familien geleitet. Maxima LT ist Teil der Holding VP grupė, die in Litauen, Lettland, Estland, Rumänien und Bulgarien über 300 Einkaufszentren unter den Bezeichnungen "Maxima" ("Maxima X", "Maxima XX", "Maxima XXX") betreibt, früher auch unter den Marken "Saulutė", "Saulite", "T-Market", "Bazė" und "Albinuta".

In Litauen ist Maxima LT mit einem Marktanteil von gut einem Drittel Marktführer. Der Gesamtumsatz betrug 2005 5,2 Mrd. Litas (ca. 1,5 Mrd. Euro). Bedeutende Konkurrenten sind CBA Aibė und Norfa.
