Der Stadtbezirk Xiuying (秀英区) ist ein Stadtbezirk der bezirksfreien Stadt Haikou im Norden der Provinz Hainan in der Volksrepublik China. Er hat eine Fläche von 512 km² und zählt 290.000 Einwohner.
