Zanzibar Central/South (Swahili Unguja Kusini, deutsch Sansibar-Zentral/Süd) ist eine Verwaltungsregion Tansanias, die den südöstlichen Teil von Sansibars Hauptinsel Unguja umfasst. Sie hat etwa 95.000 Einwohner.[1] Ihre Hauptstadt ist Koani.

Zu der Region gehört auch die 56 km weiter südlich gelegene Insel Latham Island.
