İmrahor

İmrahor (von persisch ‏مير اخور‎, DMG mīr-āḫor; auch ‏امير اخور‎ / amīr-e āḫor; türkisch Ahır Beyi) war im Osmanischem Reich der Titel des obersten Stallmeisters des Palastes des Sultans. Der İmrahor hatte den Dienstgrad eines Paşas inne.[1]

Die Stallungen denen der İmrahor vorstand wurden Istabl-I Amire genannt. Nach den Tanzimat-Reformen wurde das Amt als Istabl-ı Âmire Müdürü bezeichnet. Auch der Dienstgrad wurde auf den eines Oberstleutnants reduziert.[2]
