Icíar Bollaín Pérez-Mínguez (* 12. Juni 1967 in Madrid) ist eine spanische Schauspielerin, Filmregisseurin und Drehbuchautorin.

Sie ist die Tochter eines Flugzeugingenieurs und einer Musiklehrerin. Sie hatte ihr Schauspieldebüt im Film El Sur (1983). Bollaín ist Mitglied der Academia Española de Cinematografía.
