Bubba Gump Shrimp Company-Filiale am Times Square in New York City

1996 durch Viacom Consumer Products und Rusty Pelican Company gegründet, wurde sie wohl die erste durch einen Film inspirierte Restaurantkette. Es gibt bereits 31 Filialen (Stand 2008), 22 davon in den Vereinigten Staaten, zwei in Mexiko, zwei in Japan, zwei auf den Philippinen, eine in Indonesien, eine in China und eine in Malaysia
