Der Begriff Business-To-Administration (B2A) bezeichnet die Kommunikationsbeziehungen zwischen Unternehmen und Behörden, im Gegensatz zu Kommunikationsbeziehungen zu anderen Unternehmen (Business-to-business, B2B) oder Privatpersonen (Business-to-Consumer, B2C).
Der Begriff B2G (Business-To-Government) kann dabei als Synonym verwendet werden.
Speziell im Zusammenhang mit der Unterstützung von Geschäftsprozessen durch elektronische Kommunikationsmittel werden die Geschäftsprozesse auf diese Weise kategorisiert.
B2A hat auch im Marketingbereich immer größere Bedeutung, wo für Kunden aus diesem Bereich spezielle Marketingmaßnahmen angewendet werden. Zum Beispiel auf Grund der meist budgetbasierten Finanzierung werden andere Preismodelle verwendet, usw.
