C. W. Nicol

Clive Williams Nicol (* 1940 in Wales, Großbritannien) ist ein englisch-japanischer Schriftsteller.

Nicol nahm an 15 Arktisexpeditionen teil und lebte zwei Jahre in Äthiopien. Er war auch für die kanadische Regierung auf japanischen Walfangschiffen als Kontrolleur tätig.

Er hat inzwischen die japanische Staatsbürgerschaft erlangt und lebt auch in Japan. Sein Interesse gilt der japanischen Kultur, insbesondere dem Sport Karate. Schon mit 15 Jahren begann er Judo zu lernen. Er ist auch sehr aktiv für den Naturschutz tätig.
