Die Fulton County LLC (AAR-reporting mark: FC) ist eine US-amerikanische Shortline-Eisenbahngesellschaft im Fulton County im Bundesstaat Indiana. Sie ist im Besitz von Tom Wilson und der Wilson Fertilizer and Grain Inc.

Die rund 25 km lange Strecke führt von Argos, wo ein Übergang zur Norfolk Southern besteht, nach Süden bis Rochester.

Die Gesellschaft übernahm im Oktober 1997 diese frühere Strecke der Norfolk and Western Railway (Rochester Branch). Betriebsbeginn war der 1. April 1998. Bis dahin betrieb die 1994 in Konkurs gegangene Indiana Hi-Rail die Strecke.

Transportgut sind fast ausschließlich landwirtschaftliche Erzeugnisse.
