CatCat ist ein finnisches Geschwister-Duo, bestehend aus Katja und Virpi Kätkä. Dieser Name heißt im Plural Kätkät, wird also gleich ausgesprochen wie CatCat. Das Geschwisterpaar vertrat Finnland beim Eurovision Song Contest 1994 in Dublin, Irland, mit dem Song Bye Bye Baby. Das Duo besteht auch heute noch, es hatte zum Beispiel einen Gastauftritt bei einer Feier zur 40. Teilnahme Finnlands beim Eurovision Song Contest 2006, bei denen sie ihren Song Bye Bye Baby sangen.

Bye Bye Baby erhielt beim Songcontest in Dublin nur 11 Punkte: einen Punkt aus Bosnien und Herzegowina und zehn Punkte aus Griechenland. Das Lied erreichte einen 22. Platz.

Seit 1995 stehen die beiden außerdem vor der Kamera. Sie haben eine Vielzahl von Filmen zusammen gedreht,[1] unter anderem auf dem öffentlich-rechtlichen finnischen Fernsehkanal YLE TV2 die Serie Tartu mikkiin!, die seit September 2006 bislang 10 Folgen hat.

Virpi Kätkä war mit Tauno Peltonen verheiratet, ist mittlerweile jedoch geschieden.
