Dazu gehören diejenigen Länder, deren Bruttonationaleinkommen pro Kopf zwischen 1006$ und 2975$ liegt. [1]
Weiter wird klassifiziert in Low Income (weniger als 1006$), Upper Middle Income (3976$ - 12.275$) und High Income (12.276$ und mehr).
