One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer ist ein Bluessong, geschrieben von Rudy Toombs. Der Song wurde für Amos Milburn geschrieben und 1953 veröffentlicht. Gecovert wurde der Song unter anderen von John Lee Hooker (Album:The Real Folk Blues – 1966) und George Thorogood (Album:George Thorogood and the Destroyers – 1977). Viele der Versionen, einschließlich der Version von Amos Milburn, tragen den Titel „One Scotch, One Bourbon, One Beer“.

Der Text ist eine Ermahnung an den Barkeeper, die Getränke zu bringen, die der Sänger bestellt hat. In Thorogoods Version wird der Song mit einem anderen Song Hookers verbunden (House Rent Boogie), der erklärt, warum er in der Bar sitzt.
