Die PB Factoring GmbH, eine 100%ige Tochtergesellschaft der Deutsche Postbank AG, ergänzt als Factoring-Institut das Finanzierungsangebot der Postbank im Firmenkundengeschäft. Sie hat ihren Sitz in Bonn. Die PB Factoring GmbH ist der Kooperationspartner der Deutsche Bank AG und arbeitet mit den Kreditversicherern Euler Hermes und Atradius zusammen.[1]

Geschichte

Die PB Factoring GmbH wurde im Jahr 2001 als Gesellschaft des Konzerns Deutsche Post World Net gegründet[2] und hat sich seitdem zu einem der führenden Anbieter im deutschen Factoringmarkt entwickelt[3]. Die PB Factoring GmbH ist Mitglied des Deutschen Factoring-Verbandes e.V., Berlin. Seit November 2010 gehört sie wie ihre Muttergesellschaft zum Konzern der Deutschen Bank.
