Tsetsaut

Die Tsetsaut waren ein subarktischer Indianerstamm aus der athapaskischen Sprachgruppe in Kanada.

Sie lebten in der Nähe des East Behm Canal. Sie wurden um 1830 insbesondere von den Tlingit und den Lakweip vertrieben.

Gab es um 1830 noch rund 500 Stammesangehörige hatte sich die Zahl im Jahre 1895 auf nur noch 12 dezimiert. Sie sind dann in den Nisga'a aufgegangen, von denen sie auch ihren Namen erhielten.
