Der Kreis Yilan (chinesisch 依蘭縣 / 依兰县) ist ein Kreis in der chinesischen Provinz Heilongjiang. Er gehört zum Verwaltungsgebiet der Unterprovinzstadt Harbin. Der Kreis hat eine Fläche von 4.672 km² und zählt ca. 390.000 Einwohner (2004). Sein Hauptort ist die Großgemeinde Yilan (依蘭鎮 / 依兰镇).

Administrative Gliederung

Auf Gemeindeebene setzt sich der Kreis aus sechs Großgemeinden und drei Gemeinden zusammen.
