Default ist eine kanadische Post-Grunge-Band aus Vancouver, die 2001 ihr erstes Album (The Fallout) veröffentlichte, welches von dem Nickelback Lead-Sänger Chad Kroeger produziert wurde. Sie wurden dadurch berühmt, dass sie viele Songs für die bekannten Computer- und Konsolenspiele von EA Sports aufnahmen, sowie für ihren internationalen Hit Wasting My Time, der in den US-Charts Platz 13 erreichte.
