Agatha Morton

Agnes Mary „Agatha” Morton (* 6. März 1872 in Halstead, Essex; † 5. April 1952 in Kensington, London) war eine britische Tennisspielerin.

Karriere

Agatha Morton erreichte in den Jahren 1908 und 1909 jeweils das Finale in Wimbledon, verlor dieses aber gegen Charlotte Cooper und ein Jahr darauf gegen Dora Boothby. 1914 gewann sie schließlich den zum zweiten Mal in Wimbledon ausgetragenen Doppelbewerb mit ihrer Doppelpartnerin Elizabeth Ryan. Bei den Olympischen Spielen 1908 in London verpasste sie als Viertplatzierte eine Medaille.
