Elisa Oyj, gelistet im OMX Helsinki, ist ein Telekommunikationskonzern aus Finnland. Das Unternehmen geht in seinen Ursprüngen auf das Jahr 1882 zurück, gegründet damals unter den Namen HPY (schwed. HTF) oder Helsingin puhelinyhdistys (schwed. Helsingfors Telefonförening) bis zum Jahre 2000. Es beschäftigte mit Stand März 2007 3.435 Mitarbeiter. Der Umsatz des Unternehmens betrug 2006 ungefähr 1,518 Milliarden €. Elisa Oyj kooperiert mit Vodafone.

Die Mobilfunksparte von Elisa war früher unter dem Namen Radiolinja bekannt. Der weltweit erste GSM Anruf wurde in Finnland mit dem Radiolinja GSM-Netzwerk gemacht.

In Deutschland war Elisa über die Firma Tropolys vertreten, die jedoch Mitte 2004 an den Finanzinvestor Apax veräussert wurde.
