Die Firma Eutelsat hat auf Express A3 die Ku-Band-Kapazitäten gemietet [1] [2].

Empfang

Der Satellit kann in Europa, Afrika, Asien, Südamerika, im Nahen Osten sowie dem größten Teil Russlands empfangen werden.

Die Übertragung erfolgt im C- und Ku-Band.
