Die Franklin and Tilton Railroad ist eine ehemalige Eisenbahngesellschaft in New Hampshire (Vereinigte Staaten). Sie wurde am 4. August 1887 gegründet und baute eine 8,42 Kilometer lange Verbindungsstrecke zwischen der Northern Railroad (NR) bei Franklin und der Boston, Concord and Montreal Railroad (BCM) bei Tilton. Die normalspurige Nebenbahn konnte am 1. Juni 1892 eröffnet werden.
Am 1. April 1895 leaste die Concord and Montreal Railroad, die die BCM übernommen hatte, die kleine Bahngesellschaft, übertrug den Pachtvertrag aber gleichzeitig auf die Boston and Maine Railroad. Ab dem 29. Juni 1895 oblag auch die Betriebsführung der Boston&Maine. Die Strecke ist heute nicht mehr in Betrieb.
