Global Boxing Union

Global Boxing Union ist ein deutscher Verband aus dem Bereich Frauenboxen. Eine anfänglich vorhandene Männersparte der 2005 gegründeten GBU wurde inzwischen aufgegeben.

Die GBU weist personelle Verflechtungen mit dem Frauenboxverband WIBF auf, „deren Vorsitzende bei der GBU die Stellvertreterin ist, während ihr eigener Stellvertreter umgekehrt der GBU vorsitzt“[1].
