Hong Kong Baptist University

Die Hong Kong Baptist-Universität (HKBU, chinesisch 香港浸會大學 Xiānggǎng Jìnhuì Dàxué) wurde 1956 von der Baptist Convention of Hong Kong mit Unterstützung der American Baptists gegründet und ist die zweitälteste Universität Hongkongs. Bis 1994 war der Name der Universität Hong Kong Baptist College. Die Universität befindet sich in Kowloon Tong, Hongkong. Die HKBU ist eine der acht Universitäten in Hongkong.

Die Bibliothek ist auf dem Shaw Campus gelegen. Die Hauptbibliothek dient dem ganzen HKBU Personal und Studenten, und verteilt sich auf sieben Stockwerke des Gebäudes. Von besonderer Bedeutung sind die Archive der christlichen Geschichte in China und der zeitgenössischen chinesischen Forschungssammlung.

Der Präsident ist Ng Ching-fai.
