Geschichte

Die Erarbeitung einer „International Encyclopedia of Unified Science“ wurde 1936 auf dem ersten „Congress for the Unity of Science“ beschlossen. Von Otto Neurath ursprünglich auf bis zu 26 Ausgaben und zusätzlichen 10 Bildbänden ausgelegt, beschränkte sie sich letztendlich auf zwei unter dem Titel „Foundations of the Unity of Science“ veröffentlichte Sammelbände, die jeweils mehrere Monografien enthalten.
