Kurt Ballou ist ein US-amerikanischer Gitarrist und Kopf der Gruppe Converge sowie Produzent und Besitzer des Godcity Studios in dem zumeist Bands aus dem extremen Musikbereich wie z. B. Isis, Breather Resist, Cave In oder Breacher produzieren ließen. Kurt Ballou leidet unter einer chronischen Sehnenscheidenentzündung und kann nur unter großen Schmerzen auftreten.[1]
