Leopoldo Fortunato Galtieri Castelli (* 15. Juli 1926 in Caseros, Provinz Buenos Aires; † 12. Januar 2003 in Buenos Aires) war in den Jahren 1976 bis 1983 ein hohes Mitglied der Militärregierung Argentiniens und de facto zwischen 1981 und 1982 Präsident des Landes.

Er war die treibende Kraft hinter der Invasion der von Argentinien beanspruchten Falklandinseln (spanisch: Islas Malvinas), welche 1982 zum Falklandkrieg zwischen Argentinien und Großbritannien führte. Die Niederlage kostete ihn am 18. Juni 1982 das Amt.

Er wurde am 11. Juli 2002 aufgrund seiner mutmaßlichen Rolle beim Verschwinden von 10.000 bis 30.000 Menschen während der Zeit der Militärdiktatur unter Anklage gestellt, starb jedoch ein halbes Jahr später.
