Die Lex Canueleia wurde in der Römischen Republik im Jahr 445 v. Chr. verabschiedet. Sie erlaubte Ehen zwischen Plebejern und Patriziern. Übersetzt heißt Lex Canuleia: Das Gesetz des Canuleius. Canuleius war der Volkstribun, der dieses Gesetz durchsetzte.
Auslöser für diesen Beschluss war in erster Linie die plebejische Sezession im Jahr 449 v. Chr..
