Vollmer A. Appi (* 1947 in Nauru) ist ein nauruischer Politiker und zurzeit amtierender Generalkonsul der Republik Nauru in Australien mit Sitz in Melbourne. Seine Frau Jeannette ist Vizekonsulin.

Appi geriet im Mai 2005 in die Schlagzeilen australischer Tageszeitungen, als er am 10. Mai von einem Gericht in Melbourne verurteilt wurde. Er wurde am 19. Dezember 2004 mit dem dreifachen Wert des erlaubten Blutalkoholwerts von der Polizei in Richmond angehalten; Appi wollte sich und einige Freunde von einem Umtrunk nach Hause fahren, nachdem lange auf ein Taxi gewartet wurde. Da er sich schuldig bekannte, erhielt er lediglich eine Geldstrafe von 600 Dollar und einen Führerscheinentzug von 16 Monaten. Appi verbleibt vorerst auch als Generalkonsul in Melbourne.
