MIRS (hebräisch ‏מירס‎) ist eine israelische Mobilfunkgesellschaft und ein Tochterunternehmen von Motorola Israel. Das Unternehmen betreibt in Israel ein Mobilfunknetz mit der von Motorola entwickelten iDEN Technologie.

Wichtigster Kunde sind die israelischen Streitkräfte, welche ihre Offiziere sowie einzelne Berufssoldaten mit MIRS Mobiltelefonen ausstattet. Aus diesem Grund sind auch Fahrzeuge aus dem Fuhrpark der Armee mit Haltevorrichtungen für MIRS Telefone ausgestattet.

Die Funktion von MIRS wurde in den vergangenen Jahren immer weiter ausgebaut und entspricht in weiten Teilen mit Stand 2011 dem in Deutschland bekannten Standard des Systems TETRA. Auch die Stadtbahn Jerusalem verwendet MIRS als "Rückfallebene" bei Ausfall des AVLS.
