Der Mount Magellan ist ein Berg der Neuseeländischen Alpen im Mount-Cook-Nationalpark auf der Südinsel Neuseelands. Der Berg ist 3.049 m hoch.

Er ist nach dem portugiesischen Entdecker Ferdinand Magellan benannt.
