Diamīne

Diamīne, organische Basen, die im Molekül zwei Amidogruppen (NH2) enthalten, wie z. B. Äthylendiamin C2H4(NH2)2. D. der Fettsäurereihe entstehen aus den Dihalogenderivaten zweiwertiger Radikale und Ammoniak (Äthylenbromid C2H4Br2 gibt mit 2NH3 Äthylendiamin C2H4[NH2]2 und 2HBr), aromatische D. entstehen durch Reduktion von Nitroderivaten aromatischer Kohlenwasserstoffe. Die D. sind zweisäurige Basen, die mit 2 Äquivalenten Säure neutrale Salze bilden. Beim Erhitzen der salzsauren Salze bilden sich unter Austritt von Ammoniak Imine mit ringförmigem Kern. Pentamethylendiamin (Cadaverin) Bild im Fließtext gibt NH3 und Piperidin Bild im Fließtext.
