Sad Lovers & Giants war eine britische Rockband aus Watford, Hertfordshire, die von 1981 bis 1984 bestand.

Zu ihren Mitgliedern zählten Garçe Allard (Gesang), Tony McGuinness (Gitarre), Cliff Silver (Bass), Juliet Sainsbury (Keyboards) und Nigel Pollard (Schlagzeug).

Sie veröffentlichten zwei LPs und vier Singles. Es gab eine John-Peel-Session, und später wurde noch einiges unveröffentlichtes Material herausgegeben. 1987 kam die Band wieder für kurze Zeit zusammen.
