Ian Pooley

Ian Pooley (* 1973 in Mainz; eigentlich Ian Christopher Pinnekamp) ist ein deutscher Musikproduzent und DJ mit irischen Vorfahren. Pooleys Musik ist beeinflusst vom Detroit Techno, sie kann den Bereichen House und Tech House, mit brasilianischen Elementen, zugeordnet werden.

Pooley begann schon mit 12 Jahren, eigene Mixes zu machen. Im Jahr 2003 gründete er sein eigenes Label Pooled.[1] Bis 2006 lebte er in Mainz, seitdem in Berlin.
