Alice im Wunderland ist ein britischer Musical-Film aus dem Jahr 1972 und basiert auf Lewis Carrolls Kinderbuch Alice im Wunderland. Der Film hat mit unter anderem mit Fiona Fullerton, Michael Crawford und Sir Ralph Richardson eine All-Star-Besatzung. Der Filmkomponist war John Barry.

1973 gewann der Kameramann Geoffrey Unsworth die Society of Film and Television Arts Awards (die späteren BAFTA Awards) in der Kategorie beste Kamera und Anthony Mendleson in der Kategorie Beste Kostüme.

Der Film feierte am 20. November 1972 die Premiere.
