Isaac Allerton

Isaac Allerton (* 1586 in London; † 1659 in New Haven) war einer der ersten Pilger, die im Jahre 1620 mit der Mayflower nach Plymouth übersiedelten.

In den Niederlanden heiratete er im November 1611 als junger Mann seine erste Frau, Mary Norris. 1624 wurde Allerton zu einem der fünf Assistenzgouvernatoren in der Überseekolonie.
