Thomas Joseph Costello (* 23. Februar 1929 in Camden) ist emeritierter Weihbischof in Syracuse.

Leben

Thomas Joseph Costello empfing am 5. Juni 1954 die Priesterweihe und wurde in den Klerus des Bistums Syracuse inkardiniert. Paul VI. ernannte ihn am 2. Januar 1978 zum Weihbischof in Syracuse und Titularbischof von Perdices.

Der Bischof von Syracuse Francis James Harrison weihte ihn am 13. März desselben Jahres zum Bischof; Mitkonsekratoren waren David Frederick Cunningham, Altbischof von Syracuse, und Francis John Mugavero, Bischof von Brooklyn.

Am 23. März 2004 nahm Papst Johannes Paul II. seinen altersbedingten Rücktritt an.
