Debi Thomas (* 25. März 1967) ist eine ehemalige US-amerikanische Eiskunstläuferin.

Sie war die Gegenspielerin von Katarina Witt in den achtziger Jahren und gewann 1986 die Weltmeisterschaft in Eiskunstlauf. Bei den Olympischen Spielen 1988 in Calgary gewann sie Bronze. Das Besondere an dieser Olympischen Eiskunstlauf-Konkurrenz war, dass Debi Thomas und Katarina Witt die gleiche Musik von Bizet auswählten: Carmen.

Außerdem war Thomas die erste dunkelhäutige Weltmeisterin in ihrer Disziplin.
